I just ate what seemed like 70 mussels in my moules frites.

I found root beer extract at Walmart. Using that instead of vanilla in my first batch of fudge for the season. Will report on the results sometime later tonight or tomorrow.

Will do! Also making these types this year: plain, bacon-topped, Smores, Snickers, Irish Cream, and going to use white chocolate and attempt a rainbow fudge. That one's going to be tedious, as I'll have to do it layer by layer AND allow for setting time in between each layer.
 
What in the world do you do with all this fudge? Do you pack some for lunch every day?

I've had bacon fudge before that was amazing, but the bacon was pretty intensely chewy/sticky. I'm sure there's some way to prevent that, though.
