Function is even worse than the look. I like the site content if they can merge scouts and 247 metrics, but frankly, D92 should run the merged board...although it's clear John has no intention of even sharing responsibilities. Why should the group that cut and ran be rewarded by CBS? They've made to effort to improve functionality...and now John is erasing posts that might be critical of the merger, platform, chs/Wolf's hypocrisy, etc.

I prefer this place to both 247 and the old Scout site. Board functionality is terrific. Site content is overrated too. Most of the "insider" info can be found for free if you know where to look.

247 used to be really good back when there were like 30 posters and Andrew Slater was dispensing all kinds of concrete info.

I still subscribe to 247. Although this is my favourite place for topics/discussion, there are a number of good posters on 247 who try to contribute something worthwhile IMO. There are also posters who just like fucking with everyone else, but that does not bother me.

I have only been with 247 in the last 18 months or so - I missed out on those early days. I love the podcasts they have put together over the last year.
