Player Grayson Allen

He's answered two so far, neither related to tripping. The only thing that could make this worse is if he avoids all the questions about tripping.

Edit: Yeah, he's definitely going to avoid all the tripping ones.

This is so agonizing to observe. Feel really bad for Grayson here. But why the fuck would he agree to do this in the first place?

It has been 38 minutes so far, 5 questions answered, all of them very few words or thinking involved. I don't know what he expected to get out of this if he didn't prepare the perfect response to a dirty player question. That should've been his sole purpose in doing this.

Yup he was given terrible advice. Not answering any tripping questions just makes him come out of this thing looking even worse.

He at least answered some question about embracing the "villain" role...

But yeah whoever suggested he do this is an idiot and should be fired.

Last night was great - so happy for this dude. Clutch championship game play, 2 years dealing with various injuries, probably was drafted at same spot he would have been selected had he left earlier. Gave up a couple years' of $, just make up for it with a 2nd contract.

He'll play for a great coach. Go get it.

Tough to beat a situation like he got drafted into. Best GM in the game, a top 7 or so coach, a young star that actively wanted you as the draft choice, a staff that emphasizes player development, and an optimum balance of franchise being invested in your success and lack of pressure to step in one of top 7 or so guys.

Dating Morgan Reid, one of the baddest girls to ever walk the Duke campus. Talk about a Duke power couple. To make it sweeter, he "stole" her from a walk-on WR at UNC that she'd been dating since their days together at Cardinal Gibbons in Raleigh.

Trading Burks for Korver didn't do much to help Grayson's minutes. Korver may be more of a 2/3, but they got him because they need his shooting, and he'll automatically get 24 mpg or so, which is more than Burks was getting.

For the season he is now posting 47/42/85 shooting splits. His EFG% is 58.5% and TS% 61.5%. Both of those are well above average. He doesn't take many twos, but he's shooting 71% at the rim. Offensive rating of 115.

Unfortunately, his defense will always lower his value some, but he's definitely going to stick in the league if he keeps shooting like this.
