Player Tyler Thornton


Now we know who really kept Sheed in line the last 2 years. Smart hire by Wojo. Now Wojo can accept a Sheed transfer knowing Thornton will keep him on the straight and narrow.

This place is like an alternate universe - on 247/scout/EK all everybody does is hate on TT - or is my sarcasm meter just broken?
 
Not broken at all. This thread is true love for a guy who played within himself, made smart decisions on both ends of the floor and worked his butt off for 4 years getting the most of his natural ability.
 
We like players who are mostly proven by legitimate stats to be excellent in whatever roles they're asked to play for Duke relative to expectations upon arrival. By that standard, Tyler Thornton is up there among the best ever.
 
Thornton is the ultimate litmus test for Duke fans. Only the worthy can see his greatness and thus accepted here.
