Agreed, although probably close to non existent on the recruiting end but definitely so on the current roster side of things, which I justify as more morale.

From what I've seen, Duke offers more professional benefits that aren't exactly illegal (AFAIK). Basically, maintenance cash and cars and guaranteed job offers out of college that set them up for life.
