Easter Monday checklist:

Candy clearance shopping run............done.
 
Making a leg of lamb since it's just my girlfriend and me. Not worth making a whole turkey. Cooking it in the crock pot over 6+ hours.

Also mashed sweet potatoes with bleu cheese, a cranberry-orange tart, stuffing, gravy, collard greens. Got a full red Italian wine for dinner and eggnog and bourbon to get day drunk on.
 
I’m preparing for a letdown of dry turkey after a Friendsgiving Sous Vide turkey the weekend before last.
 
I Big Green Egged the turkey. Turned out pretty good. Juicier than a typical asshole turkey.
 
I deep fried my second turkey of the season today. It was amazing. My goal is to be big green egg one next year.
