Re: Technology thread

I have a few sites that I could post here that have even better images, but I already tried to give you a computer virus this week

Re: Technology thread

Re: Technology thread

I just bought a new laptop. My other one kept dying.

Re: Technology thread

iphone arrived.

I activated it, but the number and account still haven't transferred over yet, and it's been hours. Boo.

I gotta say, though. This is lightning fast compared to my iphone 4.

If you have a 4S instead of a 4, I would say don't bother.

But it really is a major bump up from the 4.

The added LTE (vs 3G for my 4) aspect made it a no-brainer for me.

Re: Technology thread

I have a regular 4. :(

I'm enjoying my new laptop. Much faster than my old one. Also has way better speakers, super skinny, and super lightweight.

Should be able to handle a good portion of my photo editing.

Re: Technology thread

I'm pleased with the Galaxy Tab 2 7" but doubt that there's much difference between the three. Prefer Android in general. And low prices.

Re: Technology thread

So there is a new Samsung Galaxy Note II phone that is significantly bigger than the Galaxy SIII or the iPhone5, but significantly smaller than the Nexus7. It's being referred to as a "phablet."

In terms of mobile device sizes, we now have the following significantly different options (examples):

Phone (iPhone, Galaxy SIII)
Phablet (Galaxy Note)
Smallest Tablet (Nexus 7, Kindle Fire)
Smaller Tablet (iPad mini)
Tablet (iPad)
Netbook (Chromebook)
Subnotebook (Macbook Air)
Laptop (Macbook Pro)
