If that guy hit the shot at the end, even if it didn't count, that would have been the symbol. I still can't get over how we threw it right to him.

See, I think the play there is to throw the ball right at one of the defenders. It's the last thing they're expecting. The problem with that one is they threw it right at the deep defender, who had time to realize he might be able to catch and shoot.

Spoken like someone who hadn't watched the previous 70 seconds...

I think the best play in that situation is to have a player actually sit on the floor and throw the ball to him. There simply will not be enough time for anyone to get down to take the ball from him and get a shot up.

Yeah, it really shouldn't be difficult to inbound the ball to a point that one of your teammates can at least get a hand on it.

Read this entire thread and decided, based on what I was reading here, that I needed to go back and watch the last five minutes of the game. That entire final minute was gross. Just bad, bad basketball, bad decisions, little effort, kids looked scared. Both full court BLOB situations on their end - what the fuck were we even trying to accomplish? There’s just a crispness that is missing; being purposeful with movements needs improvement. I don’t know, I’m discouraged man.
