Seth is tearing it up again vs Rio Grande again in the playoffs, score about 8 points in about a minute. In fourth quarter now on CBS sports network

I regret missing that game. WIll watch the Youtube replay.

His team has made it to the D-league finals, with him as the best player. First game at 9:30 tonight.

Close game, Seth yet to score, but running the point alright, toward the end of the 2nd quarter

Goddamn it. I just watched 15 minutes of Curry not scoring instead of the Thunder's epic 17-0 comeback to tie it with a minute left.

Seth didn't have a great game. He did have seven rebounds, though, which was surprising.

His team lost. I'm pretty sure they are a heavy underdog in these finals.

Awesome (minus the obligatory horrible techno music):

Minus the music and with awesome foreign language commentary. I confess I can't identify the language, but I believe it's Serbian since that's the nationality of the opposing team and the commentators seem to be disappointed that Nolan made the shot. Also might be Bosnian or Croatian. I'm not even sure if those are all separate languages.

Mostly it's just cool hearing Nolan's name in the midst of a string of Eastern European words.

David Pick, a senior correspondent for Eurobasket.com, tweeted a couple of days ago that Nolan has received partially guaranteed offers from Chicago and OKC. I assume "partially guaranteed" could mean a number of things ("we'll give you lunch money during training camp"), but still sounds promising.

There was another tweet that Ainge was at Nolan's semifinal game scouting a big guy, too, so maybe Nolan could catch the Celtics' eye. Their coach might already know who Nolan is (though he didn't shoot great from the field, he averaged 18.5 in two games against Butler).

Oh, right, and Nolan was playing for Boston's summer league team last summer and slated to go to their training camp in the fall before signing with Cedevita Zagreb. So they NOHIMMMMMM.

ETA: Fuck, rowe already beat me to it and posted it on twitter.. But I spent like at least 3 minutes tracking down several tweets after reading a DBR post...lol.

I'd love to see Nolan wearing a Celts jersey next season. That being said, if the NBA does not work out, certainly no shame in building a nice career overseas. My fave Duke player ever (Trajan) did just that and I believe is now scouting for the Spurs

Side note: OKC coach Scott Brooks was good friends with Nolan's dad, and Nolan was in Scott Brooks's wedding. Wonder if that will give Thunder advantage; ultimately, I assume the best deal / greatest likelihood of making the roster will drive Nolan's decision.

I'm sure SMTTEM or DSon has already made this joke, but the interview for the new coach should consist of one question:

"Will you play Kendrick Perkins?"

First coach to say no gets the job.

Thunder should fire him right after this loss. Hire anyone who answers the question, "will you play Kendrick Perkins?" with no.
