I don't know if I ever mentioned it, but my girlfriend had an interview process to get into the Masters of Arts in Teaching Program at Duke back in the Spring. There was an applicants' dinner and some of the people already in the program were there. Not entirely clear on the details...but the two people who showed her around were named Jabari and Parker.

On the other hand, she didn't get in. So I don't know if this is a good sign or not.

hmm, so w/o Jabari or Randle our 2013 class could be very underwhelming with the possibility of just Jones and Semi. Both high caliber guys but neither really address a need imo.

With Curry going, our only SG guard on roster after this year will be Sulaimon. Jones will give us shooting off the bench at least.

Hood will prob be pro after 2013-14 so Semi addresses a need at that point as well.

True, its just that we lose 2 seniors both in the frontcourt and we only have an unproven redshirt sophomore to take their place. While Jabari isn't a "need" star power is imo. If we're going to have to go smaller its a lot easier if we can throw Hood, Murphy, Parker out there as 2-4.
