Apparently OKC fans hate Singler, though. There were like 5 reply tweets to their tweet announcing his signing when I checked, and they were all just blasting him.

I think it's the deals more than the player. If Lance (who actually averaged two more ppg than Kyle this year, FWIW) got a 5-year, $25 million dollar deal, the response may have been similar.

That said, if Kyle can just be a reliable outside shooter and non-minus defender, he'll be worth the money. He's better than he played after the trade this past season.
