Never had it at Jack Tar and probably wouldn’t even consider it there. How was it served? Try it at Mateo@aiw I tried bone marrow for the first time recently. Was surprisingly un-into it. Such a gamey taste.
I was expecting to love it, so it was pretty disappointing. Does Jack Tar do a bad job with it, or am I just hopeless?
I’m in Raleigh for the weekend and ate at Parkside yesterday and the brunch was fucking amazing. I had short rib eggs Benedict and I will drive to raleigh again just to eat that
