Henderson's a pretty good SG these days, on both ends. Not sure why he wouldn't try to hold onto one of his only young talents.

ETA: Whoaaa, Jrue Holiday wants a max deal? Guess that's what 13.5 points and 4.5 assists gets you these days...

Terrorist joins ranks among LeBron Haters:

Is it to soon to have the LeBron is the most talented basketball player of all time discussion? I don't really give team accomplishments like titles too much weight in this as that's out of a players control what he's surrounded with. Though I might have to give LeBron credit for getting a team to the finals whose 2nd best player was Larry Hughes.

Then Iverson needs to be up high on the list too. Who did he have on the 2000 finals team? Mutumbo, Eric Snow, Aaron Mckie and iirc Raja Bell? That's probably the most impressive finals team ever, considering their collective talent.

Basically this useless post is meant to say, I miss Iverson. :(

Soooo, Stephen Curry just left this game with some sort of injury. Barnes hit a three. Announcers talking about how he disappears and occasionally lets the ball come to him.

Trailblazers GM was in the announcer's booth for a while, spoke of Nolan doing a great job adjusting from combo to PG.

I really felt for Nolan tonight. He did a great job running the team by my eyes, but had 0 assists and like 3 TO's officially, missed like 3 chippies that he ALWAYS makes around the basket, had 2 perimeter air balls, and got scored on by Jack on the biggest possession of the game, even though he'd been playing great defense on him the whole 4th qtr.

It literally pains me every time he misses a shot. I just soooo fucking want him to succeed.

Steph Curry rolled his surgically repaired right ankle last night. The Duke point guard curse is so strong that it affects the siblings of Duke players who were used sparingly at point guard.

I roll my surgically repaired right ankle at least once a week. Suck it up, Steph.

Jason Capel fell down the stairs at App State this morning...

Dwight Howard makes his debut for the Lakers tonight at 9:30 on NBATV in a preseason game against the Kings. Nash, Kobe, someone, Pau and Dwight are all expected to start.

I still can't get over this starstruck feeling seeing all these allstars in Laker uniforms together. It's like out of some videogame.

Its crazy how much Metta has slimmed down. He looks like he could be in college.
