O now back to 10. Both offense and defense made slight gains. O went from 119.3 to 119.4. D went from 96.7 to 96.5. AdjEM went from +22.60 to +22.92. That, plus other movement, was enough to get us to 11th overall even if our splits look the same/slightly worse.

Looking forward to seeing the numbers change from here, as Scheyer has to give up on trying to thread the needle with McCain now. He’s not coming back. Scheyer can stop using Filipowski and his 29% usage as a tool to keep McCain from his rightful place on draft boards. It’s time for him to simply worry about making Duke as good as the team can be.

Filipowski dialed down to 15-20%, with McCain and Roach up to high 20s each, probably makes this the best offense in the country.
