No, but I do think he will play significant minutes. Backup time at the 1-3. Energy minutes and special defensive assignments as needed.

TDD will go nuts that he is playing over Jones, Semi, Murphy, etc.

I felt some of the comments posted on the currnet TT thread on TDD were pretty insightful. It seems that people will be forever unhappy unless Duke has the next Jason Kidd backing up QC.

Just my gut here but I get the sense that he'd be a very good coach.

And I didn't like Paulus as a player but I get the sense that he'll be a very good coach as well.

Didn't K say that one of the reasons that Thornton came to Duke was to learn how to be a coach? I know Paulus has said similar things, and I'm pretty sure TT has similar goals. Capel seems to be the assistant who is most likely to leave in a few years (or sooner), and I hope we hang onto Wojo and Collins. TT on the staff in a couple years would be a move that I'd support on so many levels.
