Roasted and deep fried turkey's this year. Even after everyone ate I still have 20 lbs of turkey. It makes me smile.
 
The spread this year was the usual: roasted turkey, ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, baked ziti and meatballs, string beans, a yam dish, a sweet potato dish, stuffing, corn bread, and a bunch of home made desserts.

Didn't do a turkey because it was just me and my roommate. But we made mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing, collard greens, roasted cauliflower, and a sort of tuna casserole. We'll probably have food left over for two days.

I'll be trapped in an apartment by myself tomorrow. Probably a lot of booze and ranting about NBA games.
