Somehow, Gerrit Cole avoids a suspension after the brouhaha with Carlos Gomez last week.

Why the hell didn't you keep him? What are the keeper rules?
We had 3 Keepers, max 1 in any position. Had McCutchen too.

Ah, that's understandable but really sucky rules.

I was able to keep Trout, Stanton, Bautista, and Heyward in the outfield

So Michael Pineda is a really stupid person

Why put it on your neck where the whole world can see it? Like, might as well have spelled out 'cheating' in pine tar on his forehead

Just traded Braun and Masterson for Jose Fernandez and Jennings

It sounds like a weird problem to have, but between Bonifacio, Blackmon, and Dozier, I need at least one of them to cool off after a good start to the season, or someone to rise to trade bait.

Blackmon offers the best viability so I think he's your best trade bait. Dozier is legit IMO. Bonifacio will come back down to earth and already is on his way.

I am trying to dangle Bonifacio right now - may have a taker in a 2-for-1 (+Dozier for Tanaka) to boost my starting pitching.

Is it just me, or has the Twins' start hinted at a lot of offensive options for fantasy purposes?

I would do that in a heartbeat. Dozier and Bonifacio for Tanaka is a steal for you.

That's what I'm counting on. Other guy has good starters but terrible middle infielders.

Mets are 4 games over .500 for the first time in nearly 2 years.

First month of the season in the books so here are some of the crazy numbers so far:

Charlie Blackmon, an undraftable player on March 30th, is the #1 fantasy player in baseball. By a HUGE margin. .374, 23 Rs, 5 HRs, 18 RBIs, 7 SBs
Jose Abreu is on pace for 55 HRs and 178 RBIs. Never played in the majors until this season.
Greinke has allowed 2 ER or fewer in 21 straight starts. Da fuck.
K-Rod wasn't a closer when the season started. He now leads the majors with 13 saves. On pace for 75.
If you remove the 4/11 game against the Phillies, Jose Fernandez has pitched 35.2 innings with 49 Ks, giving up only 17 hits, 4 walks, and 1 ER.

And how about that Twins offense? I don't think that was on too many fantasy radars.
