As bad as the Panthers org is, I have full confidence that midget, noodle-armed Young will flouder out of any north american organization that ends with "Football League", up to and including the NFL, CFL, XFL, and any others.
 
Young in the Dolphins offense is probably a league average guy. That wouldn’t mean he’s not the worst QB in the league, all else equal, but it would mean you can get reasonable play out of him if you do everything right on offense. There are a ton of 1st round quality WRs this year. They absolutely have to take one with their 2nd round pick. If they take some LB or something, they should be moved to London. Young’s career hinges on the Panthers taking a WR there and having that WR work out. I’d take another WR in the 3rd too.
 
The Colts traded a 1st round pick to the Browns for Trent Richardson, but the Browns went on to use that pick to trade up to draft Manziel.
 



He cements his legacy, never to be questioned again, if he goes through Buffalo, Baltimore, and then beats Niners. These are the 3 top teams by all advanced metrics.

Hiring candidates like this no one else wants to hire (Reich, now Morgan) is governance in the mold of a Jerry Jones who doesn't want anyone in the organization with standing or reputation to challenge them.
