I remember someone on here arguing that he couldn't be one of the best defenders in the country if our defense was only ranked 49th. No, K's defensive coaching just really is that bad. He was gifted one of the best top-to-bottom defensive rosters he's ever had and managed to turn it into a mediocre defense.
