I know there's lots of ways to deservedly clown the pick, but Burton's performance was pretty impressive given what he had around him. He had a usage of 33.3 because there's literally not a single other guy on his team who can create his own shot.

I think McCain probably was leading, or close to it, before Burton's last 5 games:

No, at some point efficiency has to matter. A sub-100 O-Rating in an era where these stats are free and easily accessible is simply impossible to ignore.

I appreciate that the ND roster sucks, but I'm drawing the line at sub-100.
